Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
* All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
* A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may be canceled.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
(A rescheduling fee may apply if an appointment is rescheduled more than once, or if a rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.)
* Failure to provide proper notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency.
* No-shows will be charged the full service amount, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
Refund Policy
* No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation. However, exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency.
